Refund and Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and refund options:
General Returns:
Products can be returned for a refund (excluding shipping fees) or a replacement.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and the items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Subscription Returns:
Due to the significant discount provided on initial subscription orders, refunds are not available for subsequent subscription refill orders once placed and paid for.
Customers can cancel future subscription shipments before they are processed. Use the subscription management link provided in your account to manage or cancel subscriptions.
Return Authorization:
All returns require pre-authorization. Contact us at team@zenzentape.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending back any product. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning items unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us at team@zenzentape.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting details.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Ship the product back to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process the refund or replacement as applicable.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Subscription refill orders are non-refundable.
