While we strive to adhere to our processing timelines, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high order volumes, supplier issues, or natural events. We will notify you promptly if your order experiences a significant delay.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, but we may use alternative carriers, including UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Free Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value, within the United States.

Expedited Shipping (if applicable):

If you require expedited shipping, additional fees will apply. Expedited shipping options, rates, and delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days. Please note the following:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
  • Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or local restrictions.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect after dispatch.


Delivery Address Requirements

Accuracy:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to deliver, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, Zenzentape LLC only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or contacting the carrier for further assistance. If the issue persists, contact us at team@zenzentape.com  within 7 days of the delivery date.

Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. However, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at team@zenzentape.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Failed Deliveries and Refunds

In the event of a failed delivery due to carrier error, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund for the order if the carrier confirms non-delivery.s
  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
  • Special Instructions and Notes

We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders placed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events). Orders requiring signature confirmation may be delayed if the recipient is unavailable to sign.
